About the tour

A private taxi will be bringing you first for dinner before heading to Shirogane light up event. You can choose to either dine at our suggested restaurants or somewhere in your must-eat list (as long as it is in Furano, Nakafurano or Kamifurano town)! Most importantly, enjoy the special winter light up event that is held only from November to March that starts only after 5.00pm.

PS: The suggested restaurants are simply places we visit for lunch too! Yes, till today.

  • Dinner location: Nakafurano, Furano or Kamifurano Town Centre (your choice or our recommendation)

  • Please wear warm clothes - Hokkaido is known for the coldness! 

  • Our itinerary is designed to make sure you get to enjoy to the fullest, so please stick to the scheduled time and refrain from making stops at places not included.

  • Extension of taxi hour is subject to availability and additional charges. 

  • Actual itinerary is subject to change depending on weather condition.

WINTER Information

Avg. temperature in winter: -5 to -12 °C

Must-wear outfit: Long sleeves and inner leggings, sweaters, down long-coat or ski wear, winter boots, hat, gloves and a pair of warm thick socks! (Highly recommended: heat-tech inner wear and proper winter boots.)

About Booking

Payment

  • We kindly request you to settle the full payment when booking the tour by credit card.

  • The payment will be treated wholly or as part of the cancellation charges (if any).

Change of booking/ participants
You may change the date and the number of participants of your tour package subject to availability and additional charges (if any). Please notify us of any change in the particulars of the participants. We reserve the right to cancel the entire package where the customer fails to do so.

Cancellation Policy
Depending on the timing of cancellation, the following cancellation charges apply:

  • 11 days or more before the date of tour  - No charge

  • 10 ~ 8 days before the date of tour           - 20% of package price

  • 7 ~ 2 days before the date of tour             - 30% of package price

  • 1 day before the date of tour                     - 40% of package price

  • On the day of the tour/ No show               - 100% of package price
