About the tour

A fun and exciting day at the highly-rated Asahiyama Zoo! It is famous for its unique enclosure design, visitors can see and learn about each animal's natural habitat and behavior up-close.

This package does not include any tours on the way to/ from Asahiyama Zoo. We know that to fully enjoy the time with animals and complete all of its animal shows and feeding sessions, you will definitely need a full day!

About Booking

Payment

  • We kindly request you to settle the full payment when booking the package by credit card.

  • The payment will be treated wholly or as part of the cancellation charges (if any).

Change of booking/ participants
You may change the date and the number of participants of your tour package subject to availability and additional charges (if any). Please notify us of any change in the particulars of the participants. We reserve the right to cancel the entire package where the customer fails to do so.

Cancellation Policy
Depending on the timing of cancellation, the following cancellation charges apply:

  • 11 days or more before the date of tour  - No charge

  • 10 ~ 8 days before the date of tour           - 20% of package price

  • 7 ~ 2 days before the date of tour             - 30% of package price

  • 1 day before the date of tour                     - 40% of package price

  • On the day of the tour/ No show               - 100% of package price
